Digital SLR Camera - where to buy one in BKK

Can anyone suggest a good place to buy a digital SLR camera in Bangkok, please? Thanks!

Thanks. I'll go and have a look there at the weekend. I'm looking for something relatively small and light - possibly the Olympus E410.

I think that it depends on the type of camera you are after. Simple point and shoots can be purchased anywhere. Your best savings will be in the smaller camera shops in MBK, Pantip Plaza or Fortune Tower, but if you are after higher end cameras sich as Digital SLR cameras from the Canon 350Ds and up or the Nikon D40 and up then the best place has to be MBK. There are good camera shops in Fortune Tower, Pantip Plaza and even places like Central Lad Prao etc, but MBK has what I'd consider the best shops with the best selections. Look for Foto File on the ground floor next to Baskin Robbins, Big Camera or Foto Thailand with the latter being close to the best I've been to. Thanks Mengkysan, always looking for somewhere new, will go to MBK and try to find that shop. I saw a big Canon place on the 5th floor the other day near Tokyo food court, they had those monster 600mm lens. There is a good shop on the ground floor of central ladprao, not the Big Camera shop, its a less flashy place further down the end towards the supermarket. They sell lots of camera bags but do good pricing on lens kits. There are two decent shops at pantip plaza but if you reckon MBK is better value, then excellent thanks!

I bought my body at AV Cameras near Robinson at Saphan Taksin. I purchase my filters and thing at the camera shop in Fortune, first floor (ie up one set of stairs) near the chicane in the corridor with all the tripods outside.
