Well, I don't know your preferences. But there is one located on Sukhumvit 71, Pridi 42. The place is called "The Beach Sunua" It's a gay suana for Asians, but if you are going there for Suana, a work out space (small gym) and a swimming pool. That's the place. The cost is only 100 THB.
